What is the main advantage of a Sparkler Filter Press?

How does it differ from a Vertical Pressure Leaf Filter?

While both are pressure filters, the Sparkler Filter is better suited for smaller batches and liquids requiring extremely high clarity (polishing). Pressure Leaf Filters are typically used for much higher solid-loading and larger-scale industrial processing.

Can I recover 100% of my product from the vessel?

Yes. Our Sparkler Filter Presses come with an optional Scavenging Plate. This allows the last bit of liquid at the bottom of the vessel to be filtered, ensuring zero product wastage at the end of the cycle.

Is it easy to clean between different products?

Absolutely. The entire plate assembly can be removed as a single unit. The plates can then be separated, cleaned, and reassembled with new filter media in a matter of minutes.
